Ron has been in the insurance business for over 38 years. With nine years experience gained from a major Michigan insurance company, Ron purchased Action Insurance Service in 1981. Since that time he has been active in all areas management of what is now the Action Advantage Group. A CIC graduate, he is very active in developing the many programs available to the clients of our company. Ron is prior president of the Romeo-Washington Chamber of Commerce, past president of the Macomb County Agents association, past president of the Romeo DDA, and past president of the Romeo Lions Club. Ron is also past president of the Michigan Peach Festival Association, and along with his family, were the chairmen of the floral parade for 22 years.
Holly graduated from Michigan State University with BA, Majoring in Human Resource Management and is currently VP of Operations for Action. Holly is licensed as P & C Resident Producer & has an Accredited Advisor In Insurance designation. Holly has served on the Young Agents Council for the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents from 2009 to 2011.
Barb obtained an associates degree from Macomb Community college. She has been working at the agency since 1990. Barb has held several different positions at AIS starting out as a CSR & is now the CL Marketing Manager. Barb is a licensed P & C agent & also has obtained her CIC designation.
